Membership Terms & Conditions

System Jiu-Jitsu agrees to provide the Member with classes and programs in which the Member will receive instruction for the number of classes per week described in the Membership Agreement.

Health and Safety – The Member agrees that he/she is willing, capable, and in adequate physical health to participate in Jiu-Jitsu classes. The Member agrees that he/she will abide by all rules set forth by the gym Management intended to protect the health and safety of the students, and that he/she will not use the facility with any infections or maladies with the potential to harm other students, or otherwise in accordance with public health requirements.

Management of the school shall have the final determination in this regard.

Membership - The Member agrees that regular attendance is important to his/her progress, and understands that it is the Member’s responsibility to attend regularly.

At System Jiu-Jitsu, LLC, it is agreed that the Member is obligated to make payments according to the Membership Agreement whether or not the Member attends classes.

The Member understands that failure to complete his/her sessions does not relieve the member of the obligation to pay tuition in full.

Membership Agreements are nontransferable to another member without the written approval of Management of System Jiu-Jitsu, LLC.

Cancellations – If the Member decides to cancel his/her membership, a thirty (30) day notice is required please call coach Nick @ 208.941.6704.

When the Member has provided a notice of cancellation if his/her next payment falls within thirty (30) days of the notice, the Member will be required to make that final monthly dues payment in full, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Pausing of memberships will not be permitted.

It is the Member's responsibility to work proper technique while being instructed. If the Member gets injured he/she will not be prorated for monthly membership. In the case of severe injury or illness, at the discretion of Management, the membership may be put on hold until the Member has recovered and is able to train.

If the Member has agreed to a six (6) or twelve (12) month Membership, early cancellation will not be permitted under any circumstances.

All sales are final.

When the six (6) or twelve (12) month period has passed, if the Member has not submitted an email notice of cancellation, the Member will continue to be billed on a month-to-month basis at the current month-to-month rate unless he/she chooses to enter into another six (6) or twelve (12) month agreement.

Any violation of an agreement will result in the Member being submitted to a collection agency for the delinquent balance. By purchasing a membership, The Member acknowledges that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions, fully understands the contents and agrees to the terms of this Agreement.

System Jiu-Jitsu, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny membership to any individual. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals with a criminal history involving offenses such as sexual misconduct, violent crimes, or domestic violence (whether classified as a misdemeanor or felony).
